So I've gone down the rabbithole of looking at people talk about running. Well now here's my time to join them!
I forgot to say, if you really want some good advice on shoes. Go to a specialist running store that has staff who know what they're doing. The guys at Mr Price are mostly only capable of running a bath. Beyond that, there are real specialists (eg. biokineticists) that could save you a lot of money int he long run.
